The Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang Study Programme (PBJ) has been recognized as the study programme with the second-best Faculty Lecturer Academic Performance Index (IKAD) in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, based on the results of IKAD survey data processing conducted by the Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM) Study Programme and disseminated by the Gugus Penjaminan Mutu (GPM) of Fakultas Ilmu Budaya (FIB), Unsoed.
In the preparation meeting for lectures of the 2024/2025 academic year held online on Friday, 16 August 2024 and led directly by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, Dr. Chusni Hadiati, S.S., M.Hum., the PBJ study programme ranked second with a total Lecturer Performance Index (IKD) score of 3.60, and a total performance score of 3.60, which falls into the very good performance category. Furthermore, one of the PBJ lecturers, Dian Bayu Firmansyah, S.Pd., M.Pd., was also recognized as the lecturer with the second-best IKAD score in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.
Hopefully, this achievement will serve as a motivation for the PBJ study programme to consistently provide excellent service to students, one of which is by continuously conducting evaluations to improve lecturer performance, particularly in the field of teaching.
