Purwokerto, May 16, 2025 – Another impressive achievement has been accomplished by students from the D3 Bahasa Mandarin study programme at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Anggita Permatasari (J0B023016), a 2023 cohort student, successfully won First Place in the Chinese Vlog Competition in the University & General Category at the National Level.
The competition was organized by Balingkang Confucius Institute of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, with the theme “Chinese: A Gift Through Time and Space”. Through an innovative and meaningful vlog creation, Anggita was able to combine her Mandarin Chinese language proficiency with visual creativity to convey a profound message about the value and beauty of the Mandarin Chinese language across space and time.
This victory not only demonstrates superior Mandarin Chinese language proficiency, but also the student’s passion and ability to package educational content in an attractive and communicative digital format.
The Programme Head of D3 Bahasa Mandarin expressed appreciation and pride in this achievement. “Anggita’s success is proof that our students are able to compete at the national level and are ready to become ambassadors of culture that we can be proud of,” he said.
