Purwokerto, January 6, 2025 – The D3 Mandarin Chinese Study Programme of Universitas Jenderal Soedirman held a preparatory meeting for the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The meeting was held in the faculty meeting room and was attended by all lecturers and administrative staff within the study programme. The meeting discussed several main agenda items, including:
- Evaluation of Odd Semester Instruction
The discussion began with an evaluation of the implementation of instruction in the odd semester. The teaching team presented reports regarding challenges encountered, such as student attendance rates, effectiveness of learning media utilization, and learning outcomes achieved. Input from lecturers and administrative staff was used as material for improvement in the following semester. - Course Allocation for Even Semester
Next, the distribution of teaching assignments for the even semester was carried out. The course allocation process took into account the competence and experience of each lecturer, as well as balanced workload. This is expected to support the smooth teaching and learning process. - Preparation for Study Programme Accreditation in 2025
One of the important agenda items in this meeting was the preparation for study programme accreditation scheduled to take place in 2025. The entire team was emphasized to complete supporting documents, such as self-evaluation reports, graduate data, and evidence of programme performance. Strategic steps were designed to ensure completeness and quality of documents in accordance with accreditation standards.
The meeting resulted in several strategic decisions, including a schedule for completing accreditation tasks and a schedule for monitoring the learning process in the even semester. It is hoped that with thorough preparation, the D3 Mandarin Chinese Study Programme can continue to improve the quality of education and provide better contributions to its students.
