Purwokerto – An extraordinary achievement has once again been accomplished by one of the lecturers at Fakultas Ilmu Budaya (FIB) Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unsoed). Dr. Asrofin Nur Kholifah, S.S., M.Hum., a lecturer in the Sastra Inggris Study Programme, has successfully achieved the highest IKAD (Indeks Kinerja Akademik Dosen – Lecturer Academic Performance Index) ranking at FIB for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2023/2024.
With a performance score of 3.71 that falls into the Excellent category, Dr. Asrofin is assessed to excel in various aspects of academic performance, including teaching, research, community service, and contributions to institutional development.
“This is the result of hard work and dedication to my duties as a lecturer. I am very grateful for this award and hope to continue providing the best service, both for students and the faculty,” said Dr. Asrofin with great humility.
The Dean of Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Dr. Ely Triasih Rahayu, expressed high appreciation for this achievement. “The achievement reached by Dr. Asrofin serves as inspiration for all lecturers at FIB. Through their consistency in maintaining performance quality, they have set a remarkable example in the academic world,” she said.
IKAD is one of the important instruments in evaluating lecturer performance at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. This assessment encompasses various indicators, such as teaching effectiveness, research quality, contributions to community service, and self-development and institutional development activities.
This achievement is not only a source of pride for the Sastra Inggris Study Programme, but also for the entire academic community of FIB Unsoed.
