Eight student teams from Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Jenderal Soedirman have been declared to have passed the selection for the Lomba Inovasi Digital Mahasiswa (LIDM) competition at the university level advancing to the national level, which is organized by Balai Pengembangan Talenta Indonesia (BPTI) under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) of the Republic of Indonesia.
The LIDM is a prestigious student-level activity held annually. The FIB student teams that passed in the Digital Technology Innovation for Education Division are Tim Bimbi headed by Noor Zakiyah Rahma and Tim Optimal headed by Putri Syalsabila, both from the Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia study programme.
Then in the Digital Learning Innovation for Education Division, there is one FIB team that passed, namely Tim Genius headed by Amige Gangsari Lassanti from the Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia study programme. Meanwhile, in the Digital Video for Education Division, the representation is Tim Karsa headed by Kuat Prayugi from the Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris study programme.
In addition to the three divisions above, in the Digital Microteaching Division there are also four FIB teams that passed to the national level. The first team is Tim Bimbi headed by Zahra Amalia Utami from the Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia study programme, Tim Optimal headed by Naswa Resy Nurhasani from the Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia study programme, Tim Genius headed by Adela Dwika Ayu from the Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia study programme, and Tim Lexican headed by Ismail Aulia Jalaluddin from the Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris study programme.
As the Executive Coordinator of LIDM Unsoed, Prof. Amin Fatoni, Ph.D. explained that this activity is the first time Unsoed has participated in sending students to the LIDM 2024 competition. Nevertheless, Unsoed hopes that the representatives who passed the university-level selection can contribute and provide their best innovations at the national level.
Meanwhile, the Dean of Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Unsoed, Dr. Ely Triasih Rahayu, S.S., M.Hum., expressed gratitude for the passage of FIB student teams in the 2024 university-level LIDM event. She and the FIB leadership team deeply appreciate the hard work of the students together with their faculty advisors, who have prepared themselves well to participate in this talent development initiative.
