An impressive achievement has been accomplished again by students from the Sastra Inggris Study Programme at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. The team consisting of Adista Awalisti Balqist, Marceliia Eki Christine, Rezki Syachrizal, Naila Fadhila, and Sefia Milawangi successfully won the national poetry musicalization competition held in July 2023.
With high creativity, captivating vocal harmony, and deep appreciation for the meaning of poetry, they successfully won the hearts of the judges and defeated participants from various higher education institutions across Indonesia. Their performance not only reflected the beauty of art, but also skill in conveying a powerful message through poetry and music.
“We are very grateful for this achievement. All of this was realized thanks to the team’s hard work, support from lecturers, and the spirit of our Sastra Inggris friends,” said Adista, representing the team.
