Purwokerto, December 4, 2025 — Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Jenderal Soedirman held a Sosialisasi Zona Integritas (ZI) activity on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 10:00 WIB in the Ruang Rapat Gedung Sri Wahyuti FIB Unsoed. This activity serves as a strategic step in strengthening the faculty’s commitment to achieving transparent, accountable, and public service-oriented governance.
The socialization event was attended by faculty leaders, including the Dekan, the Wakil Dekan, Ketua Jurusan, Koordinator Program Studi, Kepala Tata Usaha, Senat Fakultas , the Ketua Tim, as well as staff from various units such as Kepegawaian, Keuangan, , and Bagian Akademik. The presence of all elements emphasizes that the development of the Integrity Zone requires comprehensive collaboration across all organizational lines.
In her opening remarks, Dekan FIB, Prof. Dr. Ely Triasih Rahayu, S.S., M.Hum., emphasized the importance of ZI implementation as a reflection of the faculty’s commitment to supporting the Reformasi Birokrasi Nasional program. She conveyed that achieving the status of Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) or Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM) can only be attained through the active participation of the entire administrative community. “The Integrity Zone is not merely a document or a formality, but a work culture that must be embedded in our daily routines,” she asserted.
Internal speakers presented various key points regarding the preparation of ZI documents, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, as well as strategies for enhancing service quality in accordance with national standards. Additionally, participants received explanations regarding the role of each unit in building areas of change, including change management, institutional arrangement, governance arrangement, strengthening supervision, and improving public service quality.
The discussion was interactive, featuring various questions regarding the compilation of evidence, alignment of work programs, and success indicators. This activity is expected to be an important momentum for FIB Unsoed in strengthening good governance and fostering the creation of a professional, clean, and service-oriented work environment.
With the hosting of this socialization event, FIB Unsoed moves forward with greater confidence toward becoming a faculty with high integrity, ready to meet the increasingly complex demands of public service.
