Purwokerto, January 7, 2025 – Fakultas Ilmu Budaya (FIB) Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unsoed) held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) coordinated by the FIB Quality Assurance Team (GPM) on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. The meeting aimed to discuss the findings of the 2024 Internal Quality Audit (AMI) and the follow-up actions needed to improve academic and non-academic quality within FIB.
The event was led by FIB GPM Chair, Dian Bayu Firmansyah, M.Pd., with Ummi Nur Jamil Latpiana, M.A. serving as RTM Coordinator and Usep Muttaqin, M.A. as AMI Coordinator. During the meeting, various important findings identified through the audit process were presented to participants, along with improvement recommendations for each finding.
FIB Dean, Prof. Dr. Ely Triasih Rahayu, attended alongside other leadership members, including vice deans, department chairs, department secretaries, laboratory heads, study programme coordinators, and all team heads at FIB. The presence of these leaders demonstrated FIB’s full commitment to following up on audit results to achieve higher quality standards.
In her remarks, Prof. Ely expressed appreciation to all teams for their hard work during the audit process. “These findings are not only a reflection of our performance, but also a great opportunity to improve and enhance the quality of academic services at FIB,” she said.
Several important points discussed in the meeting included evaluation of curriculum implementation based on learning outcomes, laboratory management, and improvement of student services. Additionally, several strategic steps were agreed upon to address challenges and meet the targets set in FIB’s Strategic Plan.
The meeting proceeded with dynamic interaction, where participants actively provided input and discussed concrete steps to be taken as follow-up actions. The GPM team will monitor the implementation of meeting results and report them in future evaluations.
Through holding this RTM, FIB Unsoed demonstrated its commitment to continuously improving institutional quality through transparent, accountable management oriented toward continuous improvement.
