Socialization of SKP Completion for FIB Unsoed Lecturers

Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Jenderal Soedirman held a socialization on the completion of Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (Employee Performance Targets/SKP) on Thursday (27/01/2022). The event, which was held at 08.00 WIB, was attended by most of the lecturers of FIB. The socialization was held in the auditorium of FIB building D and was conducted while maintaining health protocols by wearing masks and maintaining distance. The Dekanat FIB also attended and opened the socialization event. Furthermore, this event invited Bapak Kusja, S.IP, M.AP, who is the coordinator of administration affairs at Fakultas Pertanian (Faperta), as a speaker. In his presentation, Bapak Kusja explained the legal basis for SKP completion, the differences between the previous SKP version and the latest version, as well as how to fill it out. The SKP that must be completed by the lecturers is the performance for the year 2021. For the time being, the completion is done through a form in Ms.Excel, and subsequently SKP completion will be done through the system. It is hoped that after this socialization, the performance of FIB lecturers can be recorded properly so as to improve the quality of both individuals and the institution. (Nad)
