Purwokerto, October 22, 2023, the Sastra Jepang student association of Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (HIJASU) held the Unsoed Japanese Festival (FJU) 2023 with the theme “猫界の浪人” or “Nekokai no Ronin,” which means Ronin in the Cat World.
FJU 2023 featured performances from the renowned guest star ‘Ola Aprodhite’
In addition, FJU 2023 was also enlivened by Mayaya, Anak Noob, SRT48, Unleash The Karma, and DJ Scififall. FJU 2023 also featured renowned cosplay judges such as Joevonreiji, Winnie, and Pitiq.
During this FJU, various competitions were held, including a Band competition, Karaoke, Cosplay Competition, Coswalk Competition, and Eating competition. The band competition was won by ‘Akaita’ as first place, ‘AlterSide’ as second place, and ‘KitsukA’ as third place. The Cosplay Competition was won by ‘Kanyaaw’ as first place, ‘Erin Error’ as second place, and ‘Your Wig Stylist’ as third place. The Coswalk Competition was won by ‘Rifanqi’ as Best Male Coswalk Competition, ‘Nael Trancy’ as Best Female Coswalk Competition, and ‘Naw’ as Judge’s Favorite Coswalk Competition.
The event ran from 08:30 to 21:30. The event was closed with a festive performance by DJ Scififall.
