CILACAP—The deployment of the Himadiksi Ormawa PPK team 2023 from Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman to Kutawaru Village on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 took place solemnly. The Program Peningkatan Kapasitas Organisasi Mahasiswa (Student Organization Capacity Enhancement Program) is a program focused on community service and empowerment initiated by student organizations to improve the quality of student organizations through community-based learning while practicing community service and empowerment.
The Himadiksi Ormawa PPK team deployment event was attended by Field Supervisor, Nia Ulfa Martha, M.Pd., a representative of the Unsoed Ormawa PPK Management by Dr. Santi Dwi Astuti, S.Tp., M.Si., Village Chief of Kutawaru, Edy Harjanto, S.Sos., the Women Farmers Group, and Kelompok Sida Asih as partner organizations of the Jagapati Mangrove Conservation.
During the deployment activity, the Unsoed Ormawa PPK Management team, Dr. Santi Dwi Astuti, S.Tp., M.Si., delivered remarks followed by the handover of the Himadiksi Ormawa PPK team to the village. Subsequently, Edy Harjanto, the Village Chief of Kutawaru, warmly welcomed and received the Himadiksi Ormawa PPK team. In his remarks, Edy Harjanto expressed hope that this still creative and innovative Ormawa PPK team would be able to increase the village’s potential and hoped the program would continue even after the Himadiksi Unsoed team members completed their Ormawa PPK program implementation.
