Held at Aula Bambang Lelono, the D3 Mandarin Language study programme at Unsoed conducted a curriculum evaluation. This important agenda on this morning (6/10) was attended by the Dekanat FIB leadership, users, stakeholders, students, and alumni. The event was opened by remarks from the Dean of FIB represented by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs FIB, Dr. Ely Triasih Rahayu, M.Hum. She conveyed that curriculum evaluation for the study programme is very important for adjusting the needs of users and stakeholders in accordance with the MBKM and IKU programmes. The resource persons for this activity were filled by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs FIB, Dr. Ely Triasih Rahayu, M.Hum; the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Institute (LP3M) represented by Ir. Juni Sumarmono, M.Sc., Ph.D; and HR representative from Java Heritage Deddy Wijaya Simatupang, A.Md. The resource persons emphasized curriculum structure that prioritizes user needs and follows language developments. Ir. Juni Sumarmono, M.Sc., Ph.D also conveyed that the Mandarin Language study programme can conduct visits to other universities that also have Mandarin Language study programmes.
Presentations from users and stakeholders began with remarks from the Acting Manager of Passenger Transport at PT KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto, Anan Hadriyanta. He warmly welcomed this morning’s agenda, and subsequently expressed his hope that students and alumni can support the provision of facilities and services at PT KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. The next user presentations were delivered by the Marketing and Creative Economy Division Tourism Analyst from the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Cilacap Regency, Drs. Tri Bali Urip; CV Sahabat Wisata, Yuni Astuti, M.Mpar. The representative from CV Sahabat Wisata added a note for students and alumni who enter the workforce to pay attention to attitudes that can support individual performance in the workplace.
At the end of the event, users and stakeholders conveyed that they warmly welcome students who will be interning, as well as alumni who are seeking employment. Additionally, it is hoped that the suggestions provided by various parties can enhance the quality of graduates from the D3 Mandarin Language study programme.
