PURWOKERTO – The English Literature Student Association (HMSI) of Universitas Jenderal Soedirman held the Trilitra 2021 webinar themed “English Through Times” on November 20, 2021. The webinar, which discussed three fields of language studies (literature, linguistics, and translation) in the Sastra Inggris program, received considerable enthusiasm not only from Unsoed students but also from the general public.
This webinar featured 3 speakers who are Sastra Inggris lecturers at Unsoed, namely Eni Nur Aeni, S.S., M.A for the literature concentration, Usep Muttaqin, S.Hum., M.A for the linguistics concentration, and Dyah Raina Purwaningsih, S.S., M.Hum. for the translation concentration. From the material presented by the speakers, the new perspectives provided can serve as additional insight for participants regarding the Sastra Inggris program. By observing the development of all language fields over time, participants can broaden their horizons in language use in the future.
