Laboratorium Bahasa, Sastra, dan Budaya, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, UNSOED, held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) titled “Public Discourse on Krumpyung as Intangible Cultural Heritage: Quo Vadis Krumpyung Purbalingga as Cultural Heritage” on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. The event was organized as part of efforts to advance culture, transmit, and preserve traditional music. The FGD activity, held at the Aula Gedung Bambang Lelono, began at 09.00 and was attended by the academic community of Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, consisting of students from both FIB and outside FIB, educational staff, and lecturers.
Present at the event were the Dean of Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, vice deans, department heads and study program coordinators, a Consultant from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, as well as the director of Sanggar Aksara Gemilang. It is hoped that this event can rekindle the spirit of cultural advancement within Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Unsoed in particular and in Banyumas Regency and Indonesia in general.
