Thursday, April 4, 2024, the Sastra Jepang S1 Study Programme at Unsoed held a socialization session with J Human Net regarding the Internship program to be undertaken by students. To prepare Sastra Jepang S1 students for their internship implementation in Kumamoto, Japan, students of the Sastra Jepang S1 Study Programme participated in the socialization event. The socialization was attended by the Dean of FIB, the Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, the Co-Coordinators of each study programme whose students are participating in the internship activity, and the faculty members involved.
This socialization also aimed to address student concerns regarding the internship activity they will undertake. From the socialization, it was found that the program has been registered with the Japanese Immigration Authority, including the number of students and the activities to be conducted. Students were also provided with an internship activity contract that explains working hours and insurance matters.
The Sastra Jepang S1 Study Programme ensures that students truly obtain an understanding of the internship activities they will participate in before sending them to undertake the internship. The programme also ensures that the activities to be conducted will be in accordance with the written contract.
Students participating in this internship activity are scheduled to depart on April 11, 2024, replacing their seniors who previously conducted the internship with the same program and are scheduled to return on April 10, 2024.
